GREAT MEGAH
"I have loved reggae and dancehall music from a very young age and that made me realise I have music within my soul, I've got to chase my dream".
- Great MEGAH
From a town called Kudzra in the Volta region of Ghana, Reuben Kejriwal, stage name Megah, could create songs on his own, inside his head without writing anything down at the tender age of 7.
Megah says "I fully got into music at age 10", this was despite growing up in an African household whos focus was solely education and office work rather than Megah's dream of being on stage performing his songs to millions of people.
At the age of 16 Megah left home to pursue his dreams and a year later recorded his first song 'ATTITUDE' accompanied by the two friends with whom he was staying, together the group were known as the High Money Makers but due to low vibrations and dishonesty, Megah's dream of stardom were dashed once again.
In 2019, while working and studying, Megah became acquainted with Danis Entertainment resulting in his first release GOOD MORNING, followed by EBEYE YEI which means "it will be well" and things certainly are looking that way now.
"I have performed at the Switzerland embassy - Ghana, Shatta Wale’s Freedom concert and performed on other big stages here in Ghana".
“I desire to work with Jahmiel, Busy Signal, Protoje, Shenseea , Kabaka Pyramid & Beenie man” - Megah
